- Localized names for horses, persons and stables

- Can now include smaller cities that have racecourses. When starting a new game under Gameplay Options
- In tables you can now press CTRL + A to select every row
- If you move from inbox to say a horse, then move back, it will go back to the same email and not advance emails
- You can now get framed for other than just murder by NPC, also probability lowered a bit
